Europoint IV is one of the towers of the prominent Europoint Complex in Rotterdam-West. The 21-storey building, designed by the famous firm of architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, has classical stone cladding and large windows which provide superb views of the Rotterdam docks and the city centre. The building’s technical equipment has recently been completely renewed: the building is cooled, heated and air-conditioned, using the most modern and most efficient technology.
